1. Returns & Refunds

• 14-Day Policy: Unworn, undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized/customized products are exempt.

• Processing Time: Refunds require 14 business days after return inspection. PayPal refunds may take 30 days in regulated jurisdictions (e.g., EU).

• Shipping Costs: Customers bear return shipping fees unless the return results from our error.

2. Payment Methods

• Accepted: PayPal, credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard).

• Currency: All transactions are processed in EUR,GBP,USD,etc..

3. Governing Law & Disputes

• Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved under Hong Kong SAR laws.

• Arbitration: Claims exceeding $5,000 must be settled via HKIAC arbitration.

4. Product Compliance

• Materials: All jewelry meets EU nickel directive (94/27/EC) and California Proposition 65 standards.

• Safety: Children’s products comply with ASTM F2923.

5. Intellectual Property

• Designs are copyrighted. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for allergic reactions or product misuse.

• Maximum liability = 200% of purchase price.

7. Data Privacy

• Customer data is processed per Hong Kong PDPO (Cap. 486).

• Third-party sharing occurs only with logistics partners.

8. Amendments

• Terms may be updated with 30 days’ notice via email/website banner.
