14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason. Conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unaltered and in original packaging with tags.

  • Include order number or receipt in the parcel.

  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from [email protected] before shipping.


Buyer-Paid Return Postage

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service; lost returns without insurance cannot be refunded.

How to Return — Simple Steps

  1. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to request an RMA.

  2. Pack the item securely, write the RMA on the outside, and include proof of purchase.

  3. Ship via a tracked & insured service; email the tracking number to us.

  4. We inspect the return (1-2 business days after arrival).

  5. Refund is issued per Section 4 and you receive a confirmation email.
