14-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for any reason. Conditions:

Item must be unused, unaltered and in original packaging with tags.

Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) from [email protected] before shipping.
Buyer-Paid Return Postage
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service; lost returns without insurance cannot be refunded.

How to Return — Simple Steps

Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery to request an RMA.

Pack the item securely, write the RMA on the outside, and include proof of purchase.

Ship via a tracked & insured service; email the tracking number to us.

We inspect the return (1-2 business days after arrival).

Refund is issued per Section 4 and you receive a confirmation email.
